Chocolate making in Turin started nearly 2 centuries ago. Gianduja is a blend of chocolate and hazelnut paste, used in bars or filling chocolate. Gianduja based products are the pride of this region, and it is not surprising Guido Castagna has taken this tradition to new levels.

Guido Castagna and his team’s passion, craftsmanship and drive for the finest ingredients have earned them multiple international awards. His workshop, established in 2001, is in the Piedmont region of Italy on the outskirts of Turin, in the Langhe Valley. The finest hazelnuts in the world grow near his shop: PGI Piedmont hazelnuts.
