Over the years I have had the privilege to meet many small bean to bar chocolate makers around the world. Many of these fine chocolate makers do not produce enough chocolate to supply US distributors. It is not their goal to produce enormous amounts of chocolate; it is their goal to produce fine chocolate in an ethical fashion. It is our hope to educate consumers about the people behind the chocolate from farmers to the makers—to share the stories behind every piece of chocolate you eat.

I want to provide the makers with the opportunity to share their chocolate stories while bringing fine chocolate to our tables. Chocolate Squirrel collaborates with our makers individually to assist them in achieving their goals while maintaining their values.  

My passion for chocolate has grown with each chocolate experience. I never imagined being this intrigued with every facet of the chocolate world. This passion has sparked an intemperate drive to further broaden my knowledge. I have been blessed with this opportunity to represent these fine chocolate makers. Bob Goldfarb

FDA Specialist & Chocolate Advisor

Bob discovered the world of small batch artisan chocolate in 2007 and dove in from the start. He designed and built a machine for a local chocolate maker, joined their tasting panels to help choose production recipes and launched a database to keep track of his reviews. He regular seeks out new bars to experience and enjoys meeting new makers. He helps foreign makers get the registrations needed to import to the USA.
